Hi, I’m Denise Pedini, a former C-suite executive with more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams across hospitality, retail, and consumer brands. I’ve sat at the executive table, reported to CEOs and boards, managed national budgets, led brand turnarounds, and most importantly, hired the talent responsible for driving growth. From recruiting and building leadership teams at Pizza Inn and Newk’s Eatery to hiring and managing a 75-person creative organization for JCPenney’s $1.5B e-commerce business, I know firsthand what it takes to find talent that performs, fits, and lasts.
